March 13 2025 Good Morning Coho! Growing- for restoration in Tschet Cha Thl

Here’s a glimpse into the Coho Fry on March 13th! Lots of water changes to keep their habitat healthy. Will try to post more photos on our website during this effort to reintroduce coho salmon while WSDOT begins removal of the fish barrier under SR 522 Bothell Way and at the Jack in the Box in Kenmore. Hoping these little fish will enter the stream in a month or so and then swim out to Lake Washington, then the Pacific Ocean and return in 3 years as adults to spawn in a daylighted Tschet Cha Thl with fish passage opened up!
